Solera Estates is a boutique firm supporting owners with the care of their properties and the decisions that come with ownership. Our work combines personal attention, organisation and coordination of the services each situation requires.
We work with owners who live near their property and those managing it from another country. The relationship starts by understanding what you would like to delegate and where you need support in making decisions.

We help organise that information and distinguish work that needs attention from decisions that can wait. You should understand what is being proposed, why it matters and who will take responsibility for each part.

We provide the support and coordination defined in the engagement. When work requires technical expertise, legal or tax advice, or another specialist, those responsibilities are clearly distinguished.
You may already have professionals you work with. Before coordinating with them, we agree which information needs to be shared and which decisions require your involvement. Participation in the same project does not mean additional services have been commissioned.

Each relationship is considered personally
A new relationship requires time to understand both the property and its owner. We consider the engagement, the attention it will require and its fit with our model before proposing a collaboration.
The aim is not to collect enquiries or take on every matter. It is to provide attention consistent with the property’s needs. Once the work is defined, we coordinate the professionals who need to participate and maintain the engagement’s point of contact.
